Chair
Hello, I'm Zoe, Chair of Shaw and Crompton Community Hub. I am a registered Nurse, Midwife and business owner with a passion for bringing people together and creating opportunities that make a real difference.
Supporting others has always been at the heart of everything I do, both professionally and personally. I strongly believe that thriving communities are built through kindness, collaboration and a shared vision for the future.
My goal is to help create a welcoming community space where people of all ages feel supported, connected and inspired. I am passionate about leaving a lasting legacy for Shaw and Crompton by developing projects that improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and provide opportunities for future generations to enjoy. I truly believe that when a community works together, we can achieve amazing things, and I'm proud to be part of a team dedicated to making that vision a reality.

Volunteer
Hi, I'm Sue, and I'm proud to volunteer with Shaw and Crompton Community Hub.
I have worked as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for over 20 years, building strong relationships with local residents, neighbourhood teams, the Council and community organisations. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about making our communities safer and supporting those who need it most.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role has been working with young people through the Police Cadets and the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Seeing young people grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach their potential has reinforced my belief that every young person deserves positive opportunities and the right support.
I believe that by investing in our community, creating safe spaces and offering meaningful activities, we can help guide young people towards brighter futures while bringing people of all ages together. I'm proud to be part of a team that shares the same vision and is committed to creating a lasting, positive impact for Shaw and Crompton.
